Velocity at the Square
A 40-storey rental tower with 337 units at Toronto’s core, Dundas Square, which was finished in the spring of 2017. Our scope of work included lighting, heat tracing, lightning protection, and high voltage work. The construction manager was Tucker HiRise.

Visto Condo
A nine-storey, 128-suite condominium near highway 401 and Keele in Toronto, for the developer Mizen Holdings. Occupancy was in spring 2017.

Commissioners Street Transfer Station
Rehabilitation and partial replacement of the tipping floor at the City of Toronto’s Commissioners Street Transfer Station. The work took place from mid-2017 through mid-2018.

Fire Alarm System Replacement at Regal Road Public School
The replacement of the fire alarm system at this century-old school in the Dovercourt area, for the Toronto District School Board. The job wrapped up in fall 2017.

Fire Alarm Upgrade for Toronto Community Housing at Weston Towers
The fire alarm system upgrade for this 18-storey apartment building in North York. This includes supply and installation of an addressable main fire alarm control panel, voice evacuation system and all associated equipment. The fire alarm system was swapped in late 2017.

Fire Alarm Installation Upgrade for TCHC at 90 Parma Court
Replacement of the fire alarm system at 90 Parma Court for the Toronto Community Housing Corp. The project was completed in fall 2017.

Barry’s Boot Camp
The electrical work, lighting, and audio wiring for the first Canadian location of this popular American gym. It is located at the ground and second floor of the Picasso Condominium building on Richmond street. The work was for Javlee Construction and the gym opened on October 21st, 2017.

A boutique 11-storey commercial office property in Toronto’s prestigious Yorkville neighbourhood. Construction wrapped up in summer 2017.

TCHC Lighting Upgrade at Empringham Mews
Upgrade of the exterior lighting at a 165-unit Toronto Community Housing complex, including solar-powered lighting for energy efficiency. This improved night time lighting and therefore is important for safety in the neighbourhood. This job was completed in early 2017.

4 Goldfinch Court
The conversion of a large penthouse suite into seven smaller apartments at a building in the Bathurst & Finch area. This was for Scarsdale Investments and Cherishome Living, and the work was completed in spring 2017.
