Upper Vista
A ten-storey 150-suite luxury condominium development in Niagara Falls for Evertrust Developments. Construction got underway in the fall of 2017. Our foreman is Dimitry Mamayev.

Barry’s Boot Camp
The electrical work, lighting, and audio wiring for the first Canadian location of this popular American gym. It is located at the ground and second floor of the Picasso Condominium building on Richmond street. The work was for Javlee Construction and the gym opened on October 21st, 2017.

Fire Alarm System Replacement at Regal Road Public School
The replacement of the fire alarm system at this century-old school in the Dovercourt area, for the Toronto District School Board. The job wrapped up in fall 2017.

Main Switchboard Replacement at Silverthorn Collegiate Institute
The supply and installation of two new switchboards at this Etobicoke school for the Toronto District School Board. The 120/208V one was replaced in late 2017, and the 347/600V one was replaced in early 2018.

A 46-suite luxury condo building near High Park for Context Development. Completed in 2006.

University of Toronto – Regis College
A challenging and rewarding project in which renovations and additions to a 100 year old heritage building were made while maintaining its heritage significance. Completed in 2009.

Commissioners Street Transfer Station
Rehabilitation and partial replacement of the tipping floor at the City of Toronto’s Commissioners Street Transfer Station. The work took place from mid-2017 through mid-2018.

Fire Alarm System Upgrade for the Toronto Parking Authority
The fire alarm system upgrade of a large parking garage at 2 Church Street, the TPA Carpark #43. The work was completed in 2006.

Fire Alarm Audibility Upgrade at Senator Croll Apartments
The audibility upgrade of the fire alarm system for Toronto Community Housing, at 341 Bloor Street West. The work was completed in 2004.
