The supply and installation of a new gas-powered generator for a Scarborough office of the Toronto Children’s Aid Society, done in early 2018.
The supply, installation and TSSA/ESA certification of natural gas powered generators at Seneca Tower, Centennial Apartments, Woods Manor, Sheppard Place, and 155 Sherbourne. The work involved coordination with civil as well as mechanical subcontractors, and was substantially completed in winter 2018/19.
Electrical work at Yorkdale subway station for the TTC. The addition of one elevator, an accessible fare gate, CCTV system, new escalators, a new switchboard, and coloured glass tubes that will light up when trains arrive. This is for APlus General Contractors, and the job is expected to run through 2019.
The replacement of the fire alarm system at this school in North York, for the Toronto District School Board. The job took place in summer/fall 2018, with switchover completed in early 2019.

Energy cost-savings work, primarily consisting of upgrading the common-area lighting to LED, for three TCHC buildings located at 15 Tobermory, 75 Tandridge, and 57 Mabelle.
