A 224-suite, 35-storey condominium building in downtown Toronto, completed in 2014.

Barrington Condos
A 93-suite condo development at Bathurst & St Clair, for Lash Developments. Completion is scheduled for spring 2019.

TTC Upgrades
Two TTC projects. One was the electrical switchboard upgrade at Malvern Bus Garage, which wrapped up in mid-2017. The other was the fire ventilation upgrade at Wellesley station, which was completed in spring 2017.

TCHC Lighting Upgrade at Empringham Mews
Upgrade of the exterior lighting at a 165-unit Toronto Community Housing complex, including solar-powered lighting for energy efficiency. This improved night time lighting and therefore is important for safety in the neighbourhood. This job was completed in early 2017.

Smart House Condo
A 256-suite, 25-storey “micro-condos” development built in the heart of downtown Toronto, constructed from 2016-18. The developers were Urban Capital Group and Malibu Investments.

The Perry Condo
A boutique 42-suite luxury condominium under construction near Yorkville for the developer Mansouri Living, with construction substantially completed in fall 2018. Ongoing work is under way for penthouse customizations.

A boutique 11-storey commercial office property in Toronto’s prestigious Yorkville neighbourhood. Construction wrapped up in summer 2017.

Joy Condos is a 283-suite development that comprises a 21-storey glass and metal panel tower and 22 three-storey townhouses for Gemterra Developments. This project was completed in spring 2018.

An eight-storey 79-unit midtown rental building for Greenwin Property Management. Construction was completed in early 2017.

A nine-storey, 128-suite condominium near highway 401 and Keele in Toronto, for the developer Mizen Holdings. Occupancy was in spring 2017.
