Harmony Oakville
A new community of 166 stacked townhouse units built in Oakville for Peppergate Developments. Zerem did all electrical work for the garage, in 2015 and 2016.

Velocity at the Square
A 40-storey rental tower with 337 units at Toronto’s core, Dundas Square, which was finished in the spring of 2017. Our scope of work included lighting, heat tracing, lightning protection, and high voltage work. The construction manager was Tucker HiRise.

A 23-storey luxury building in the Church-Wellesley Village for Park Properties, which houses 199 rental units and 12 condo suites. Completed in early 2016.

A 22-storey rental apartment building in Brampton with 225 units, completed in early 2017, for the developer Preston Homes.
