Zerem is currently performing work on the Tunnel Ventilation System at Port Credit Station, the southern terminus of the new Hazel McCallion LRT in Mississauga. The line will run along Hurontario Street, providing a major north-south transit connection through one of the city’s busiest corridors.
Our scope includes engineering coordination, BIM modelling, supply and installation of electrical components, control panels, mechanical components, testing, system integration, and commissioning of the Tunnel Ventilation System. This work supports the safe and reliable operation of critical transit infrastructure, including ventilation and life-safety systems within the station environment.
The project commenced in 2025 and is scheduled for completion in 2027. Zerem is proud to contribute to this important transit expansion and to support the continued development of modern public transportation infrastructure in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area.
