The supply and installation of a new natural gas generator at this Scarborough apartment building, including all mechanical work, electrical distribution upgrades, civil work including foundations and acoustical panels, interconnection with the fire alarm system, and removal of the old generator. The project was substantially completed at the end of 2021.
