Zerem is currently supporting the delivery of key infrastructure for the future Ontario Line near Exhibition Station, where a new step-up substation will be constructed to support the operation of the transit line.
Our scope of work includes the supply and installation of duct bank infrastructure, grounding mesh, electrical conduits, excavation, backfilling, soil disposal, and water management. Zerem is also responsible for mechanical and building systems work, including HVAC supply and installation, roof rainwater drains and piping, building automation systems, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
The project commenced in late 2025 and is scheduled for completion in early 2027. This work reflects Zerem’s continued role in delivering complex electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure scopes for major transit projects across the Greater Toronto Area.
