Hoem Garden District is a 20-storey, 173-unit rental building on Sherbourne Street in Toronto’s Moss Park neighbourhood. We are working with Reliance Construction.
Our scope of work includes power, lighting, fire alarm system, connection of mechanical equipment, as well as the renovation of an adjacent historic townhome that is to be preserved.
The project commenced in spring 2025 and work will be ongoing through fall 2027.
