This 427-unit, 31-storey condominium—Galleria III for Almadev—was delivered in collaboration with Clark Construction Management as part of the larger Galleria On the Park master-planned community.
The contract was awarded in 2021, with site mobilization beginning in 2023 and construction completed in 2026. Early in the project, the team navigated significant industry-wide material cost escalation between contract award and construction start, requiring careful planning and cost management.
Throughout construction, additional challenges included addressing site theft incidents and managing the coordination complexities associated with expansive amenity and retail spaces within the building.
Despite these factors, our team successfully delivered the complete electrical scope, including:
- High-voltage transformer and switchgear
- Full building power distribution
- Supply and installation of all lighting fixtures
- Fire alarm system
- Emergency generator system
- Snow melting system
- Garage CO monitoring system
