Zerem is currently working on Express 2 Condos for Malibu Investments. This 405-unit building is located near Wilson subway station in Toronto. Our scope of work includes distribution, lighting, fire alarm system (including integration with a neighbouring building), CO system, connection of mechanical equipment, EV chargers, and much more! The work commenced in the fall of 2024, with completion expected in the spring of 2027.
