This 239-suite community includes a 10-storey mixed-use condominium, two blocks of stacked townhouses, and a two-level underground parking garage.
Starting in spring 2023 and completed in summer 2025, our scope covered:
– High-voltage switchgear & transformer installation
– Full electrical distribution & electronic metering
– Heat tracing & under-slab soffit heating
– Fire alarm, generator & EV chargers
– Carbon monoxide system, Wi-Fi points โฆ and much more.
