For this 404-unit brand new condominium, Zerem provided 23 car charging stations as part of the construction contract. Our work included supply and installation of the car chargers, a transformer to step down power, a splitter to allow for metering of individual chargers, CAT5 cable, and installation of current transformers (CT’s).
