This project consists of a 484-unit rental apartment development for DBS Developments, featuring a 35-storey high-rise tower and a 7-storey mid-rise building. Zerem’s scope of work included the supply and installation of the electrical distribution system, fire alarm system, emergency generator, garage carbon monoxide detection system, EV charging infrastructure, and lighting fixtures.
Construction commenced in early 2022, with the mid-rise building completed in late 2023 and the high-rise tower finalized in 2025.
