A new 211-suite condominium in midtown Toronto for Curated Properties with Ledcor as GC. Our scope of work includes all power distribution, feeders, emergency generator, lighting, fire alarm and CO systems, connection of mechanical equipment, suite customizations, and much more. The work commenced in the spring of 2024, and is set to wrap up in the summer of 2026.
