Public-sector social housing infrastructure upgrade for Toronto Community Housing Corporation, involving the supply and installation of a new natural gas emergency generator system at 10 Boultbee Avenue, an occupied 11-storey, 167-unit residential building. The scope included three automatic transfer switches, new electrical distribution equipment, removal of existing equipment, power and controls wiring, conduits, natural gas work associated with the Enbridge meter upgrade, and related structural/civil works including housekeeping pads, building penetrations, load bank and generator platform, waterproofing, bollards, and ancillary works. The work took place from late 2024 through mid-2026.
