A new 537-suite condo development steps from the Eglinton LRT Subway at 25 St Dennis Drive for DBS Developments. The project consists of an 11-storey mid-rise, a 37-storey high-rise tower, townhouses, and partial retrofit of an existing building. Zerem’s scope includes supply and installation of distribution system, fire alarm system, emergency generators, and installation of light fixtures. Completion is expected in 2026.
