A 427-unit condo development for ELAD Canada and Clark Construction Management. Zerem’s work includes supply and installation of high-voltage and low-voltage distribution, lighting fixtures, fire alarm system, lightning protection, natural gas generator, garage CO system, EV chargers, snow melting, and installation of water metering and electrical metering. The project construction timeline will run from 2023 through 2025.
